Stage 1: Step into the ring
You set up your coach and answer the three starting questions: where are you now, what do you want to build, and do you already have a website? You learn the difference between a domain, hosting and content well enough to explain it in your own words. By the end you have saved your first learning passport, so every new chat picks up exactly where you left off.
Set me up with MILLION TRAFFIC BABY. Camp mode: stage 1 of 14 (Step into the ring, module F00). Ask me the three starting questions, then give me exactly one task.No coach skill installed yet? Upload this package as a file to a new chat in Claude or ChatGPT and send the command below it. The “For the coach” section tells the assistant how to work with you.- Stage 1

What it is about
A domain is the name of a website. Hosting is where the files and the database live. The software, WordPress for example, turns them into the pages visitors see. A page is a single address (URL); a website is the collection of pages under one name.
Once you can separate these, later lessons make sense: why a DNS change can suddenly break email, why “published” does not mean “found by Google”, and why moving to another host does not change your domain.
Tasks
- Start the coach with the command below and answer the three starting questions honestly. “I am starting from zero” is a good answer.
- Explain to the coach in three sentences where the name, the content and the software of a website live.
- Take an address you visit often and mark the protocol, the domain and the path. Example: in
https://www.example.com/guides/costs/,httpsis the protocol, example.comthe domain and/guides/costs/the path. - Write your goal as one sentence: who are you building what for, and how will you know in 90 days that it works? Choose an observable result, such as “ten complete pages published and first search queries visible in Search Console”, not a visitor promise.
- Tell the coach “Save my progress” and store the learning passport as a JSON file. Without the coach skill, use the template below.
Learning passport template
Save this file as learning-passport.json and let the coach fill it in. Never add passwords, codes or credentials.

- Your goal names an audience and an observable result.
- The passport contains your profile and no secrets.
For the coach
Work with me in short rounds: explain one concept, show a small example, give me exactly one task, review my result, then move on. Use my own project as the thread. Do not invent figures, sources or experience, and label assumptions. Do not promise rankings, visitors or income. Separate observed, self-reported and not tested. At the end of every session, export my learning passport without any credentials.
Stage 4 after sign-up
Sign up for free and stage 4 opens in your camp: weekly package, coach command, submission and learning passport in one place. From stage 5 you continue in the BOOTCAMP or the TRAFFIC CLUB.
