Stage 3: The method stays. The tactics evolve.
You learn the way of working that carries the whole camp: generate results, examine the evidence, form an explanation, plan the next experiment. You decide which business sits behind your website before you create a single category. By the end of the week you have a testable hypothesis for a project that fits your knowledge and paying partners.
Set me up with MILLION TRAFFIC BABY. Camp mode: stage 3 of 14, week 1 (rounds 01 and 02, modules C01, C02). My learning passport is attached. Check my progress, explain the goal briefly and give me exactly one task.No coach skill installed yet? Upload this package as a file to a new chat in Claude or ChatGPT and send the command below it. What it is about
There is no formula that works forever. What works is a process that discovers what works now. Without data, your first result is a trustworthy baseline, not a big publishing campaign: ten useful pages about one problem teach you more than a thousand pages without a measurement plan.
Every website needs an audience and an economic purpose. A guide earns differently from a trades directory or a calculator. So you choose the traffic engine and the first revenue model first, and the structure second.
Tasks
- Round 01: Choose one topic and write the chain: audience → problem → existing evidence → hypothesis → smallest useful test → metric → review date.
- Round 02: Score three project ideas from 1 to 5 for access to expertise, reachable demand, paying partners, data quality and maintenance effort. Add one piece of evidence to every score.
- Pick one idea and a first buyer type: who pays in the end, an advertiser, a service provider or the buyer of your own product?
- Write a hypothesis that is allowed to fail, for example: “A transparent cost guide will generate more qualified enquiries than our generic service article.” Set the metric and the review date before you begin.
Submission
Upload in your dashboard at answertheweb.com/dashboard/camp/:
- Hypothesis chain, scoring table for the three ideas with evidence, and your decision (MD, TXT or PDF).
- Your learning passport as JSON.
Allowed: PDF, MD and TXT up to 5 MB for the submission and JSON for the learning passport.
Pass criteria
- Every score has evidence, not just a gut feeling.
- The hypothesis can be disproved.
- Target and forecast are not confused.
For the coach
Work with me in short rounds: explain one concept, show a small example, give me exactly one task, review my result, then move on. Use my own project as the thread. Do not invent figures, sources or experience, and label assumptions. Do not promise rankings, visitors or income. Separate observed, self-reported and not tested. At the end of every session, export my learning passport without any credentials.
